Sri Lankan lawyer representing the family of late Hussain Solah dismiss report “contradictory and inexplicable.”

Colombo’ - (Scene-27- 22 April) -A Sri Lankan lawyer representing the family of late Hussain Solah has said that the findings of Colombo’s Consultant Judicial Medical Officer on the postmortem examination conducted on Solah’s body were “contradictory and inexplicable.”“A CT scan on the body of Solah was done at the Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Male on 15 April soon after the discovery of his body and the subsequent statements issued by Maldives police to the media confirm that there was a fracture of the sinus bone and several injuries to the head.“Unfortunately, the findings of the JMO (Dr. De Alwis) state that there were no injuries to the bones which is contradictory and inexplicable,” Sri Lankan attorney Anil Silva said in a statement released on behalf of Solah’s family.
